To apply for single family residential incentives, submit a completed Form 300A** and a paid invoice for installed measures. Trade ally contractors are encouraged to refer customers to Home Energy Solutions at 1-866-311-1822 for a FREE Home Energy Review.*
* For qualified homes.

Sample Invoices
Installation invoices must be included with all Home Energy Solutions applications, and should completely specify the measures that were installed. Use sample invoices as a reference to make sure that all required elements are properly documented on your invoice, prior to submission.
