As an added benefit, your advisor will install free compact fluorescent light bulbs, faucet aerators and high-performance showerheads in each unit. These additional installations can significantly reduce your operating expenses while saving your tenants on their electricity and water heater costs.

Please note: Reviews usually require a 24-hour tenant notice, issued by the property owner or property manager. Energy Trust offers free Notice of Entry door hangers to help you inform tenants of the upcoming services. The inspector will require access to attics and crawlspaces for insulation review, and access to tenants' living space to review windows.
