High-efficiency, sustainably designed and solar-powered buildings put your business at an economic advantage the moment you begin using them. Energy Trust works with building owners, architects, engineers and contractors to plan and build energy-efficient facilities of every size and type. We make it easy to go green from the ground up with early design assistance, technical assistance, and help finding qualified designers and contractors. We also offer cash incentives for building efficiency, high-efficiency equipment, and commissioning.

Before beginning your next commercial new construction or major renovation* project, contact us. You can submit an online Information Request Form to have an Energy Trust representative contact you, or call us at 1.877.467.0930. To enroll a project, send us a completed Enrollment Form by fax at 503.961.7642 or by email.
To be eligible to receive cash incentives, your project must meet all of the following criteria:
- Project site must be located in Oregon
- Project must be served by Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas
- Project must pay or plan to pay the public purpose charge; if you're unsure whether you meet this requirement, please contact your utility
- Project must be new construction or a major renovation* to an existing structure
- Project must be a commercial, industrial, manufacturing or institutional building
* A major renovation of an existing commercial, non-residential structure is defined as the replacement of both lighting and HVAC that serve more than 50 percent of the total building area. Please for assistance in determining whether your project meets this classification.
