A not-for-profit organization marketing green power products to public utilities, businesses, government agencies and individuals. Supports watershed restoration programs and develops new sources of renewable energy.

California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) is a non-profit, utility-sponsored organization dedicated to improving residential energy efficiency in California by training contractors in Home Performance to enhance homeowners' comfort and indoor air quality and reduce their energy bills. We are California's first and only HERS provider that the California Energy Commission has approved with a Third Party Quality Control Program.
