We offer incentives through four different program tracks:

The Standard Track provides prescriptive incentives for purchasing and installing energy efficient equipment. |
The ENERGY STAR Track offers incentives to eligible new building projects that use the Environmental Protection Agency’s national energy performance rating system to achieve the ENERGY STAR building performance certification. |

The Custom Track provides incentives for building systems that result in energy savings as compared to a code minimum building of the same type and occupancy. |
The USGBC LEED® NC Track provides incentives for projects registering for certification with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED® NC program. |
