Whether you are replacing your old clothes washer, buying appliances for your remodeled kitchen, or simply changing a few light bulbs, choosing ENERGY STAR products can save you money, year after year. The most energy efficient home products on the market today have earned the blue ENERGY STAR label. We offer a number of cash incentives to help with your investment in energy efficient products and practices:
- New in 2008, purchase a premium efficiency ENERGY STAR refrigerator and receive a $50 cash incentive. Your purchase will also qualify you for Oregon Residential Energy Tax Credit of up to $90.
- Recycle your old refrigerator or freezer and receive a $30 cash incentive. We’ll pick up the appliance for free and you’ll save big in energy costs.
- Get up to $100 cash back when you purchase an ENERGY STAR clothes washer. Many premium efficiency machines also qualify for an Oregon Residential Energy Tax Credit.
- Change a Light; Change the World. Throughout the year, we work with select retailers and manufacturers of ENERGY STAR compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) to offer affordable prices on energy-saving CFLs.
- Choose ENERGY STAR products made by manufacturers you know and trust.
- Find local retailers that carry ENERGY STAR qualified products, including clothes washers, dishwashers, refrigerators and room air conditioners.
