On Friday September 11, 2020 the Energy Trust Board of Directors will meet virtually at 1:00 p.m. in Executive Session. In accordance with Energy Trust Bylaws 3.19.3 “Trade secrets, proprietary or other confidential commercial or financial information” and 3.19.4 “Information regarding negotiations whose disclosure would likely frustrate corporate purposes.” The Executive Session is not open to the public.

The board will meet in reconvene open to the public at 2:00 pm. The Board Meeting Agenda will be available on Energy Trust website by 1:00 p.m.  Thursday, September 10, 2020. Please watch the website for changes and updates for this meeting.
