We recommend that you use one of our Energy Trust trade ally contractors to make your energy saving home improvements. Trade ally contractors are subject to quality control inspections. These contractors can help you with the paperwork necessary to apply for Energy Trust incentives.

Forms

Use Form 300A to apply for all incentives, along with a paid invoice which clearly documents installation of the measures being applied for. If you are applying for self-installed measures, use Form 320S.

Self-installation of measures

Self-installation is only allowed for attic and floor insulation. Self-installers are required to follow program specifications, and must use Form 320S word link pdf link when applying for incentives.
