Today’s CFLs provide high-quality light, smart technology and good design, and they use less energy and last longer than standard incandescent bulbs. CFLs have a light quality closest to daylight, and there are many shapes, sizes and color temperatures available for all household applications. CFLs are ideal for lights that are switched on for long periods of time or are in hard-to-reach locations.
