Condominium Owner Assistance
Increasing your condo's energy efficiency benefits everyone. When you install or replace older, less-efficient equipment, you'll enjoy lower maintenance costs, healthier indoor air quality and higher resale value—not to mention increased comfort and reduced energy costs.
What's available? Owners of a condo unit are eligible for Energy Trust incentives in two ways. As the owner of an individual condo unit, you may qualify for cash incentives for appliances, including water heating and freezer and refrigerator recycling. To receive incentives for improvements that effect the entire building, such as windows, insulation, common-area lighting and central heating and cooling systems, you may apply through your homeowners association.

- Visit the Multifamily webpage for information about available incentives and how to participate.
- Invite one of our energy advisors to speak at your next homeowners association meeting to learn about the opportunities available to you as a condo owner.
- Complete Form 320M to reserve Energy Trust incentives for weatherization upgrades made to the entire building, as well as for common-area laundry and lighting upgrades.
