What's available? Owners of condo properties are eligible for many Energy Trust cash incentives when the entire building—not just one unit—makes energy-efficiency improvements. As the owner of an individual condo unit, you may qualify for cash incentives for appliances, including freezer and refrigerator recycling. To receive incentives for windows, insulation, common-area lighting and other upgrades, you may apply through your homeowners association. Homeowners associations may also be eligible for:
