The Small Wind program has a growing Trade Ally Network, yet there are many contractors who have attended a small wind trade ally training session but have not applied to become a trade ally. Small Wind contractors in the Trade Ally Network help participants choose a small wind system and provide a system quote, estimating annual performance, installation date, and cost after incentives and Oregon state energy tax credits.
