We're always looking for qualified businesses to become a part of our network. You may participate in as many Energy Trust programs as you like—just follow the steps below.

General Requirements:

Energy Trust will not review any application until the following information has been received:

• Submit your Trade Ally Enrollment Application (PDF | Doc)
• Fill out and send the Faxable Request Form for Certificate of Insurance to your insurance agent and make sure your insurance meets the requirements as defined by the Program-specific Application Addendums.
• Complete and submit a Workers Compensation Certificate (if applicable)
• Determine which specific programs you would like to apply for and complete the program requirements listed below.

If approved for a Program, Applicant will receive a written Program-Specific Approval Notice. Trade ally status is not finalized until receipt of such notice.
