Energy Trust Incentives
Additional qualifying improvements include:
Oregon residential customers who heat their homes with energy from Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas can participate. To qualify for bonuses, all improvements must be installed by Energy Trust trade ally contractors within a 180-day period, and all energy-efficiency incentive application materials must be submitted together; your solar contractor may submit required solar-only materials to Energy Trust on your behalf.
NW Natural customers in Washington are not eligible to receive the Solar Bonus Package.
Energy Trust does not pay incentives for energy-efficiency improvements that are mandated for building code compliance, such as remodeling, renovation or new additions to the home.
Follow these easy steps to get cash for energy-saving package solutions:
1: Establish your eligibility.
2: Select a trade ally contractor and have the work done.
To receive an Energy Trust bonus, you must work with an Energy Trust trade ally contractor to install your improvements.
3: Your contractor will complete and submit the incentive application for your solar improvement. If you make non-solar energy-efficiency improvements first, you must submit your application within 180 days of the installation. Mail or fax your signed and completed energy efficiency incentive application along with your contractor's invoice—marked “paid in full”—to:
