Trade ally enrollment
Complete enrollment forms and submit to Energy Trust:

Incentive applications
To apply for single family residential new construction incentives, submit your plan sets to a verifier to learn what incentives are available to you. Incentives are based on performance and can range from $250 to $4,400, plus there are additional incentives available for renewable energy upgrades through the Solar program. The more energy-efficient measures installed above code, the more incentives may be available. Click here for more details. Builder must be an approved New Homes trade ally in order to qualify for these incentives.

Builder incentives for projects in southwest Washington
Trade ally builders with new construction projects in NW Natural’s Washington service territory are now eligible to receive cash incentives from Energy Trust for gas heated homes that receive ENERGY STAR certification. Incentives are available until December 31, 2012 and are subject to availability. You must be an Energy Trust trade ally builder to be eligible to receive incentives. Complete the trade ally enrollment forms and Washington incentive application (Form 620WA) and then return to Energy Trust. Marketing Support
Energy Trust is offering trade ally builders marketing support and materials for their energy-efficient model homes. Opening a model or tour home gives potential homebuyers the opportunity to see the energy-efficient features first hand.
Builders can take advantage of tiered incentives for up to two model homes per calendar year that meet or exceed ENERGY STAR standards.
Tiered incentives are available through December 15, 2012. Incentives are subject to availability of funding and may change. To get started, complete the Marketing Support application (PDF | Doc) and Substitute W-9 Form. Up to an additional $1,000 is available through Northwest ENERGY STAR for certified ENERGY STAR homes.
