Incentives for new manufactured homes retailers

Energy Trust of Oregon offers incentives to retailers that sell qualifying energy-efficient new manufactured homes.

To qualify for the retailer incentive, eligible homes must be ENERGY STAR®, eco-rated or Earth Advantage® certified and sited in Energy Trust service territory. Additionally, electrically heated homes must be sited in Pacific Power or Portland General Electric territory. Gas heated homes must be sited in NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas territory. All homes must meet Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing Program siting requirements to be eligible.

For retailer incentives complete the Retailer Incentive Application and submit to Energy Trust.

Cooperative Marketing

Additional incentives are available to retailers who market ENERGY STAR, eco-rated or Earth Advantage certified homes. Visit the retailer cooperative marketing incentive page for more information.
