Eligibility

For New Manufactured Homes Program

Retailer Incentives

Retailers and salespeople (when retailer elects this option for their business) may be eligible for incentives through the Energy Trust of Oregon New Manufactured Homes program. To be eligible:

  • Retailers must site a qualifying home in Energy Trust service territory.
  • The home must be ENERGY STAR®, eco-rated or Earth Advantage® certified.
  • The home must be sited in Portland General Electric or Pacific Power territory if it is electrically heated. If the home is gas heated, it must be sited in NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas territory.
  • The home must meet Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing program siting specifications.
  • Retailers must submit an incentive application in the same program year that the home was sited.
  • Retailers must submit a W-9 or W-9 substitute, if they have not already done so, before the incentive can be paid.
