Retailer Incentive Application and Submission Steps

To apply, complete the retailer incentive application below and submit to
Energy Trust:

  1. Retailer Incentive Application 620R (Online | PDF | Doc)
  2. Substitute W-9 Form (if needed) (PDF)

Submission Steps

Step 1: Sell and site a new ENERGY STAR, eco-rated or Earth Advantage certified home in Energy Trust service territory.

Step 2: Confirm eligibility. Electrically heated homes must be sited in Portland General Electric or Pacific Power territory. Gas heated homes must be sited in NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas. All homes must meet compliance guidelines set forth by the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing Program.

Step 3: Complete the New Manufactured Homes Retailer Incentive Application.

Step 4: Submit a completed retailer application and Substitute W-9 form to
