Energy Trust of Oregon New Homes offers the Energy Performance Score (EPS) as part of a performance-based program that rewards builders with enhanced cash incentives for every energy-efficient step taken to construct their homes beyond Oregon code.

Christina provides Energy Performance Score modeling support and trainings to the design, building and real estate industries. She quality checks all homes coming through Energy Trust's New Homes program and has supported expansion of the EPS as a statewide initiative used to measure energy consumption for new homes. She comes to this role with a varied work history, which includes time in the marketing and financial fields. Christina is a trained furniture and cabinet maker and has a BA in English from Radford University.
Todd Poehlman
Energy Performance Score Technical Support, Energy Trust of Oregon New Homes
Todd provides expertise and assistance to builders and technical staff regarding the submission and approval of Energy Performance Scores. Coupled with more than five years of management and marketing experience in the auto industry, Todd brings to Energy Trust a wealth of knowledge in the promotion of conservation. As a volunteer in South Africa, Todd worked with non-profits at reserves to re-introduce and rehabilitate native species through conservation efforts. An avid Beaver fan and outdoor enthusiast, He holds a B.S. from Oregon State University where he studied conservation biology.
