New Manufactured Homes
New incentives for 2010
As we head into the new year, we want to thank you for being a valued ally of Energy Trust New Manufactured Homes, and to provide you with information on changes to the program in 2010. It has been a challenging time economically and we hope that Energy Trust incentives have been effective in supporting your business and the sale of efficient manufactured homes.
To further boost sales, we are pleased to announce a new $700 consumer incentive. This is in addition to the $300 incentive to the salesperson or retailer. We have also made some changes to the cooperative marketing and model home fund structure.
Consumer incentives
In 2010, retail outlets receive an incentive of $300 for every ENERGY STAR® home sold and sited in Energy Trust of Oregon's service territory. New this year, consumers receive a $700 incentive when they go beyond ENERGY STAR efficiency levels and buy a home with an Earth Advantage® or eco-rated package.

Because it will be important to verify whether a consumer is eligible for the new incentive, we encourage you to call the retailer hotline at 1.800.972.8793 with any questions or for help in determining eligibility. To apply for either of these incentives, submit the completed application (Form 620R). Once we have received the qualified application from you, we will send an application to the customer.
Model home materials and cooperative marketing funds
Take advantage of our model home offer and outfit all qualifying ENERGY STAR, Earth Advantage and eco-rated model homes with callout cards, clings, a doormat and a banner—a $100 value. We will no longer offer cash incentives to retailers for setting up model homes on their lots.
New in 2010, redeem more homes and receive more cooperative marketing dollars through Energy Trust.
