New Multifamily program transition
Beginning January 2010, the New Multifamily program (residential, low-rise structures of three stories or less) will be transitioned to the New Buildings program. Current or active New Multifamily projects, and any new projects completed by December 31, 2009, will be handled by the New Homes program. Projects will be handed off to the New Buildings program in January 2010, and will see no change in requirements through June 2010. More information will be available as the transition approaches.
