Manufactured home incentives

With the end of the year approaching, remember to turn in all new manufactured homes applications for homes sold in 2009. Given the delay between the sale and siting of a home, the application deadline for new manufactured homes sold in 2009 has been extended to March 31, 2010. Please ensure your applications are submitted by that date to guarantee processing. Applications for 2009 received after March 31, 2010, will not be processed. The new program year will begin January 1, 2010, and incentives will be available on homes sold in 2010.

Cooperative marketing and model home incentives

Funds for 2009 cooperative marketing and model home incentives have been fully committed for the year. The program will redesign the marketing incentive guidelines in 2010, and old applications will no longer be accepted. Field representatives will visit each retail location to answer any questions you might have about the new process, or to help you set up your model home.
