On September 15, we unveiled a new Energy Trust website. With simplified navigation, enhanced promotional areas and an engaging voice, the new site is designed to make it easier for customers to find energy-saving solutions, understand benefits and get started. The site quickly directs users to incentives, contractors and other resources appropriate for them. We recently held our third quarter roundtable sessions in Portland, Grants Pass and Bend. While turnout was smaller than we saw at meetings in early 2009, the discussions were no less open or relevant. In addition to our usual program updates, trade allies had an opportunity to preview the new Energy Trust website, provide feedback about heat pump and gas furnace incentives and connect with Umpqua Bank representatives working with GreenStreet Lending. | Energy Trust to potentially serve Washington customers of NW Natural |
|
Energy Trust of Oregon and NW Natural have requested approval from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission to bring Energy Trust programs and services to NW Natural’s Washington customers starting this fall. The commission is scheduled to review the request this month and programs could potentially be available early October. Click to continue
