Energy Trust of Oregon and NW Natural are collaborating to serve customers in Oregon communities. To support energy savings in these areas, Energy Trust and NW Natural are offering limited-time increased incentives to select customers who install energy-efficient upgrades in their home.

Establish your eligibility
You must live in either ZIP code 97424 or 97426 and primarily heat your home with natural gas provided by NW Natural. For pre-qualification, contact us at 1.866.311.1822 or email@example.com. We can help confirm your home’s eligibility.
Select a contractor and have the work completed
To receive an Energy Trust cash incentive, we recommend working with an Energy Trust trade ally contractor in your area who is specially trained in energy efficiency. A list of local trade allies is included in the Resources tab under the eligibility map. You are also welcome to work with any contractor with a current Oregon Construction Contractors Board license.
Submit your incentive application within 60 days of installation
To complete your application, you’ll need to enter information such as the installation date, equipment serial/model number and efficiency rating and include a scan or legible digital photo of your contractor’s invoice. Please gather this information before beginning your application.
Your contractor may help you complete the application form. Please allow six to eight weeks for incentive processing and payment.
The following limited-time increased incentives are only available to residences located within ZIP codes 97424 or 97426 and primarily heated with natural gas provided by NW Natural.

Your home must be located within the ZIP codes 97424 or 97426 and you must primarily heat your home with natural gas provided by NW Natural to be eligible for increased gas furnace, windows or insulation incentives. We strongly encourage you to work with an Energy Trust trade ally contractor. They are trained on our offerings and requirements, and we frequently verify the quality of their work. If you hire a contractor who is not a trade ally, they must have a current Oregon Construction Contractors Board license and comply with Energy Trust’s Home Retrofit Specifications manual to receive our limited-time increased incentives for NW Natural customers.

To apply for your Energy Trust cash incentive, complete a 320NWN: Limited-time Increased Incentives for NW Natural Customers application form after your home energy upgrade has been completed. Be sure to attach all receipts, invoices and other supporting documents. Energy Trust must receive most applications within 60 days of installation. Once we receive your application, you should receive a check within six to eight weeks.

Self-installed projects must follow the guidelines in our Home Retrofit Specifications manual and may require a quality assurance verification in order to receive a cash incentive. All other projects must be installed by an Energy Trust trade ally or an actively licensed contractor to ensure they function safely and correctly.
