    Si usted reside en el estado de Oregon y usa un calentador eléctrico de agua, usted debe ser cliente de Portland General Electric o de Pacific Power.

    Si usa un calentador de gas natural, debe ser cliente de Oregon NW Natural o de Cascade Natural Gas.

  2. Seleccione una lavadora de ropa de alta eficiencia que califique.

  3. Busque una tienda participante y haga su compra entre el 1 de enero de 2016 y el 31 de diciembre de 2016.

  4. Presente su solicitud en línea para un procesamiento más rápido, o envíe una solicitud impresa (ubicada bajo la pestaña de "Formularios"). Las solicitudes deben ser recibidas dentro de los 60 días de la compra.

I purchased a qualifying clothes washer from a non-participating retail location. The name on my receipt/utility bill and the name on my application are different. Can I still receive a cash incentive?

Yes. Your incentive check will be made out to the name listed on your application, not the name found on your receipt or the name on your utility bill. Please apply with only one name for faster processing.

I purchased a qualifying clothes washer from a non-participating retail location. The online cash-back rebate application will not accept my home address. Can I still apply online?

If we cannot verify your address in the online application, you will not be able to apply online and you will need to download our paper application and send it to us in one of the following ways:

My model number is not listed on the Qualified Products List. Does this mean I don’t qualify for an incentive?

In rare cases, some qualifying models may not appear on the Qualified Products List due to database errors. If you think that your model qualifies for the incentive but it’s not on the list, please contact us:

I purchased a clothes washer from a non-participating retail location. My model is on your list of qualified products but there are extra digits at the end of my model number. Does my purchase still qualify for a cash-back rebate?

Generally, the last one to three digits of the model number are unique to your appliance. Please select the model number that best matches the model you purchased.

I purchased a qualifying clothes washer from a non-participating retail location. Do you need my original receipt when applying for a cash incentive?

No, a copy of your receipt is fine. Please keep in mind that we can only accept receipts that clearly show the model number, retailer, price, proof of payment and date of purchase.

I don’t have a digital copy of my receipt. Can I still apply online?

No. In order to complete our online application, you must attach a digital copy of your store receipt or invoice. If you are unable to obtain a digital copy of your receipt or invoice, click here to download a copy of our paper application and send it to us in one of the following ways:

I was told my application is missing information (receipt, W-9, etc.). How should I provide the missing information?

Please send any missing information to us using one of the methods below. For faster processing, please include your confirmation number so we can easily find your application when it arrives. You can find your confirmation number listed in the missing information email or letter that you received.
