The Renewable Resources Advisory Council (RAC) plays a key role in reviewing projects, providing policy overview, offering program feedback and sharing knowledge of issues affecting renewable energy in Oregon. The RAC meets eight times a year at Energy Trust’s office. All RAC meetings are open to the public.
