Gas Furnace

Today’s gas furnaces are 95% efficient, using less energy to maintain comfortable temperatures. Compare that to standard models that are 15 years old or older, and only 56–70% efficient. If your home is heated with gas, choosing a high-efficiency gas furnace will help you enjoy reliable comfort and lasting performance, with savings on your heating costs. Qualified models are also better for the environment.

Electric Heat Pump

Ducted heat pumps or ductless heat pumps (also known as mini splits), can heat your home quietly and evenly. They also provide cooling in the summer and have built-in air filtration for healthy indoor air quality.

Heat pumps are a great option, particularly for homes already using an electric heating system. Learn more about choosing the right heating system for your home.

Dual Fuel Heating System

A dual-fuel system combines the best elements of an electric heat pump and a gas furnace. The heat pump provides efficient heating during milder temperatures and automatically switches over to the furnace in colder temperatures. You also get the benefit of air conditioning from the heat pump during the summer.
