Energy Trust of Oregon is initiating the first of a series of webinars presenting the high-level findings of selected recent evaluations and market research projects. The goals of the webinar series are to communicate on how our programs are progressing and share our research results with the broader energy efficiency and renewables community. The first webinar kicks off with the Irrigation Modernization Program Market Transformation Assessment performed by Apex Analytics. The Irrigation Modernization Program has been supporting irrigation districts in their modernization efforts that result in hydro-generation, a reduction of pumping loads, as well as many other non-energy benefits. The Cadmus Group will be presenting on the 2020 Production Efficiency Program impact evaluation. The Production Efficiency program provides efficiency services to the industrial and agricultural sectors. Cadmus will highlight the electrical and gas savings achieved by the program in 2020, methods used to perform accurate savings estimation during the Covid-19 pandemic and suggestions for improving program saving estimations. For both projects, Energy Trust will lay out the planned next steps resulting from each report’s findings.
