Our staff leadership strives to create a culturally diverse, equitable and inclusive organization with people representing a variety of perspectives, experiences, skills and ideas.

Employee Mentorship Program
We offer a mentorship program to all newly hired staff, as well as employees looking to develop specific skill sets and knowledge from current staff. Mentors serve as trusted advisors, providing a sounding board for day-to-day matters and alternative perspectives on problem solving.

Employee Affinity Groups
We offer five employee-led affinity groups to support staff by creating safe spaces where everyone in the group shares a particular identity. Affinity groups provide an opportunity for staff to come together to feel more connected.
