Employee Mentorship Program
We offer a mentorship program to all newly hired staff, as well as employees looking to develop specific skill sets and knowledge from current staff. Mentors serve as trusted advisors, providing a sounding board for day-to-day matters and alternative perspectives on problem solving.
Employee Affinity Groups
We offer five employee-led affinity groups to support staff by creating safe spaces where everyone in the group shares a particular identity. Affinity groups provide an opportunity for staff to come together to feel more connected.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
Our committee of staff meets regularly to guide our efforts and track our progress. Members include staff from all departments and levels of the organization.

Our Diversity Advisory Council advises staff and our board on a wide range of topics, including program and service expansion, outreach approaches, strategic planning and budget development.
Board of Directors Ad-hoc Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
Our board of directors created an ad-hoc diversity, equity and inclusion committee to provide recommendations to improve the board’s interactions, relationships and effectiveness in implementing the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, the Energy Trust DEI Policy and Energy Trust’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan.
