BESF webinar: Grid-Integration Energy Modeling for Informed Decision-Making

OCTOBER 16, 2024 | 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
  • This event has passed.

Join Energy Trust of Oregon for its next Building Energy Simulation Forum (BESF) training dedicated to Grid-Interactive Efficient Buildings. This webinar, in partnership with the New Buildings Institute (NBI) and San Diego LEARN, will explore how energy models can be used to better design GridOptimal buildings.

As we transition to cleaner, renewable energy, the one-way relationship between buildings and the grid is evolving. By making more sustainable choices today, you can help ensure that your building systems will be grid optimized for decades to come.

Experts in the field will present how modeling helps designers make informed decisions and find the right balance between upfront investment, long-term energy savings, carbon emissions reductions and grid resiliency.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about:

  • Cutting-edge modeling strategies
  • Innovative approaches to grid resiliency
  • Current and emerging software options
  • Proven solutions that help you implement your designs
