Learn to develop a network of motivated employees and a plan of action to find, analyze, and present energy projects that can leverage operating and capital budget resources. At this workshop, you will work in teams with a kit of templates and checklists to create a plan for your organization.

This class will help you:
• Create a network of motivated employees to focus on energy efficiency and on-site renewable generation projects
• Understand how equipment upgrades and operation processes can minimize energy use and maximize financial and non-financial benefits to the organization
• Monitor and apply for incentives, free services, and tax credits that are available to businesses, government agencies and nonprofit organizations
