Emerging leaders share their experiences with national carbon commitments
Empowering the next generation of designers, Energy Trust’s Net Zero Emerging Leaders Internship (NZELI) grant supports architecture and engineering firms employing students to help with their AIA 2023 and SE 2050 carbon commitment reporting.
Hear from this year’s interns as they share their experiences learning about integrated design, carbon commitment reporting requirements and best practices, and how they’ve been inspired to lead the way to a net-zero energy future.
Interns reported on national commitments for net-zero carbon emissions in the built environment:
- American Institute of Architects’ AIA 2030 Commitment
- Structural Engineering Institute’s SE 2050 Commitment
Whether you are a student interested in growing your expertise and connections in net-zero design, or a professional whose firm could benefit from grants that support your carbon commitments, this event is for you.
