Learn how Energy Trust of Oregon’s Net Zero Emerging Leaders Internship helps support new leaders in the field of net zero design and engineering.

Join us to learn about this unique internship program, get to know 2022 interns and learn about their work. Interns will share their experiences learning about integrated design, AIA 2030 Commitment reporting and how they’ve been inspired to lead the way to a net-zero energy future.

Energy Trust’s Net Zero Emerging Leaders Internship (NZELI) grant helps support the next generation of designers and engineers and supports firms’ reporting on the AIA 2030 Commitment—an industry pledge for net zero emissions in the built environment. It is awarded annually to Oregon architecture and engineering firms to employ students over 12-weeks.

During this event, we will also share details about the 2023 Net Zero Emerging Leaders Internship process. If you are a student interested in growing your expertise and connections in net zero design or a professional whose firm could benefit from expanded tools and resources to support your 2030 Commitment reporting, this event is for you.
