Lighting upgrades are often the best—and easiest—way to make energy-efficient improvements to your multifamily property. Cash incentives can make these improvements even more affordable. The lighting offers on this page apply only to common areas of multifamily properties.
Installing efficient lighting, fixtures and controls is always a bright idea. When you partner with a trusted trade ally to upgrade the lighting in your common areas, you’ll be making smart, long-term choices and earning cash incentives to help reduce your costs along the way. If you’re working on a new building, explore lighting offers for new multifamily buildings.
Work with a trade ally to scope your standard lighting project and identify appropriate cash incentives for your project. See a list of cash incentives for lighting equipment and controls below. You may receive cash incentives up to $250,000 per site, per year.
