Teams developing high-performance multifamily buildings can receive cash incentives when they design with energy efficiency in mind. Energy Trust offers incentives in two key areas: early design collaboration and support for technical studies.
Bringing in the right experts can make all the difference when designing energy-efficient multifamily buildings. That’s why we provide incentives to offset the cost of early design efforts and technical studies.
The early design phase is essential to your project’s success. Get in touch with an outreach manager as the earliest stages to make sure your project can benefit from:
Planning for solar + storage from an early stage is always a bright idea. In addition to energy savings, a smart solar design strategy can help reduce installation costs, ensure your systems are compatible and increase the long-term value of your building.
Design assistance incentives for multifamily projects are available for both Whole Building projects and projects seeking equipment installation incentives. Reach out to learn more.
