Market Solutions incentives help offset costs for multifamily properties committed to achieving energy savings at least 5% beyond the code-minimum performance.
To be eligible for the Market Solutions offering, your project must:
We calculate incentives by comparing your building’s Energy Use Intensity (EUI) to the Oregon Energy Code. Your incentive will be based on the total square footage of living units and common areas in your building.
