NAMC and Energy Trust of Oregon are hosting a Community Empowerment Fair in collaboration with the Portland Housing Bureau. Current and prospective homeowners will learn about programs and resources available to help them repair and weatherize their homes, save money, and find affordable pathways to homeownership. The fair will start at 3:30 p.m. and will include valuable presentations from the Portland Housing Bureau, Community Energy Project, Constructing Hope, Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, National Association of Minority Contractors-Oregon and African American Alliance for Home Ownership. Join and learn about resources available to you.

Learn about available Energy Trust rebates to make energy efficient upgrades to your home more affordable.

Discover the Portland Housing Bureau programs to help low- and moderate-income homeowners repair their homes and make health, safety, and accessibility updates.

Residential and Commercial contractors:

Discover apprenticeships in the trades and learn about the benefits of joining NAMC and the Energy Trust’s Trade Ally Network.

Future/prospective homebuyers and renters:

Learn low- and no-cost ways to reduce energy usage.

Learn about assistance for first-time homebuyers.
