City of Portland needed a new approach to save energy in their 46 buildings while also operating with a constrained budget. Strategic Energy Management gave them the tools to look at energy management in a systematic and strategic way so they could track and monitor their process, empowering their maintenance technicians to see how their efforts were saving the city nearly $120,000 a year.
