Income-qualified homeowners in Oregon who are eligible for Savings Within Reach may receive a $270 cash incentive when a qualifying heat pump water heater is installed by a participating contractor. Special requirements apply.

Single-Family Rental Properties

If you own or manage a single-family rental property, you may qualify for increased incentives. To qualify, you must hire a participating Instant Incentive Energy Trust trade ally contractor trained to provide services for rental properties. Homes cannot be owner occupied.
